Thank you for visiting BicycleBay. We are a family business with a new and exciting online cycle store to provide you with a bicycle you can enjoy. We have always prided ourselves on offering a great service in the shop and would like to extend this service to customers who shop online.
The bikes which are for sale have been chosen because they are easy to put together and are of a very high quality standard making the process a lot easier for you.
If you look at the left of your screen there is a list of bicycle styles in size order with an indication of ages next to them. Click on the type you would like to have a look at. This will then take you to a screen with those models on. Move up and down the page until you find something you like. At this stage you can either click on "More Info" or you can click on "Add To Cart" and it will add this bike to your basket. If you do not want that model and would like to keep looking, click "close window" and you will return to the previous window. If you would like to buy, follow the instructions on the screen taking you through the payment system.
If you have problems or just get frustrated, don't panic - there is a human on the end of the phone so please call 01536 414227 and we will help you.
The office is staffed from 9:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday to answer any questions. Otherwise, leave a message on the answer phone and we will return your call as soon as possible.
If you find that you can buy the same bike cheaper please come back to us and will have a go at beating that price. Also, please email us on how you rate our site and our customer service and, if you have comments or suggestions, please drop us a line - we can only improve by listening to you!
