Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payments online using HSBC to collect payments for us. If you do not feel comfortable with this then we would be delighted to take your order over the phone on 01536 414227.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We stongly advise you use the card service on this web site as it is a secure site using HSBC services.

When confirmation of order is received by you, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price or colour, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price or colour is acceptable.

Each bicycle ordered for delivery to mainlaind UK is subject to a shipping charge of £15.00. Delivery to the Channel Isles is subject to a further delivery charge - please phone us to confirm this charge before ordering your bicycle.

We use DHL to deliver our goods to you.

If the item you have ordered cannot be delivered, for example if there is no at the delivery address to accept the delivery, the driver will take the item back to their depot and leave you a card with a telephone number for you to rearrange a new delivery day. If the item has to be redelivered you will be charged a further £10 as the carrier has to come back again. If a delivery is refused and the item has to be sent back to us then you will be charged a further £10 for this refusal.

We deliver your order right away.

The order will go on a 24 hour delivery service so you usually will receive the item next day, although this is not guaranteed. If your order is received late in the afternoon, it will not be despatched until the following day.

ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR AND THERE MUST BE SOMEBODY AT THAT ADDRESS TO RECEIVE THE GOODS.

If the box is damaged when you receive them please write on the delivery note the word "DAMAGED" before you sign.

During busy periods, e.g. Christmas, deliveries may take an extra day to get to yourselves, so make sure you order in plenty of time.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included. All other orders are VAT free.

When your order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are processed by HSBC and, as a result, are not stored by us.
